Click the “create my team” button above to go to the Yay!Day Giving 2025 Campaign page

Click “fundraise” to open the pop up window.

Select “create a team” to establish your own team, or “Join a team” if a team has already been created and you are
authorized to join it.

Important:
- All teams must be established by Jan 28

Once you’ve created your team form, you can share your form to commence fundraising. Or, simply share the main campaign form and instruct your recipients to look for your team by name.
